Paul Patty
Paul was called to the Queensland Bar in 2024, having been admitted as a legal practitioner in 2015. Paul primarily maintains a practice in regulatory matters, family law, domestic violence, child protection, administrative/public law and crime.
Prior to commencing at the Bar, Paul was a Senior Lawyer with both the Department of Environment, Science and Innovation (Qld) and at the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (Qld). During his career, Paul has appeared in a wide range of matters before the Queensland Supreme, District and Magistrate Courts. He has also instructed in matters before the High Court of Australia and the Queensland Court of Appeal.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Business from the Queensland University of Technology. He also speaks Greek.
