Evan Mijo
Evan Mijo was admitted to the profession in 2015 and called to the Bar in 2021. He has a broad commercial practice with a particular focus on corporations, equity and trusts, insolvency, property, and construction disputes. He also acts in succession and taxation matters.
Prior to coming to the Bar, Evan practised as a commercial litigation and insolvency solicitor for 6 years.
At the Bar, Evan has been instructed in a wide range of commercial disputes including matters concerning corporate and personal insolvency, consumer protection, commercial equity, building and construction, intellectual property, insurance and property law. He appears led and unled in all jurisdictions in State and Federal Courts.
